Although Netherlands results haven't been going well of late, that have still been scoring goals and dominating most of the possession so it's just a matter of time before things start to click and they get back to winning ways. I think they will have too much quality for Latvia, and although their defence has been shaky i doubt Latvia have the fire power to cause it too much trouble.
Norway aren't a great team however they have won their last 2 qualifier games which will have raised their confidence, and Azerbaijan are bottom of the table and conceding goals by the bucket load. In their first 3 qualifiers they have conceded 10 goals, and in general they only win against very weak opposition (Philippines, Malta etc), so i'd be very surprised if Norway weren't able to manage at least a draw.
