Although Scotland U19 aren't the best side, they recently drew 0-0 with Ukraine U19 and narrowly lost 2-1 to England U19. Montenegro U19 on the other hand got thumped 4-0 by Ukraine U19 and 6-0 by England U19, so Scotland U19 should be strong enough not to lose.
England U19 are playing very well, they are unbeaten in 17 games and should have enough quality not to lose to an average Ukraine U19 team.
