Our first selection (Draw no bet - FC Dordrecht) have had some good results at DN Bouw Stadion recently, dropping just 2 points in their last 3 games, which could well be the confidence boost they need as they sit near the foot of the table. Their main problem this season has been in defence as they are certainly capable of scoring, having scored 28 goals in 22 games. Defensively, their opponents tonight (Fortuna Sittard) are a similar standard, with both FC Dordrecht and Fortuna Sittard conceding 42 goals in 22 games this season. In attack though, Fortuna Sittard have only managed to score a very small 5 goals away from home, yet 26 of their 42 conceded goals have come away from home, which is why they have such a poor record of just 4 points from a possible 33 away from home. Both these teams are struggling this season, however home advantage should play a big factor, which is why i believe Dordrecht stand a very good chance tonight.
Our second selection (Draw no bet - Ajax Reserves) should be the safer of the two selections considering their home record consists of 9 wins, 1 draw, and only 1 loss, scoring a massive 37 goals in the process. Scoring so prolifically makes Ajax reserves very hard to beat. Most teams don't score 4 goals away from home, but with Ajax Reserves averaging over 3 goal per game at home, 4 away goals is often what is required to beat them. Now there opponents tonight (RKC) have only managed 1 or less away goals in 7 of their 11 away games this season, therefore to be able to outscore Ajax Reserves at home looks very unlikely. On top of that, the form of Ajax Reserves is very strong, dropping just 2 points in their last 8 league games, whereas RKC have only managed 1 win in their last 5 games. This should be a very winnable game for Ajax Reserves.
