It's a win for Bet 2 but talk about our selections dominance not being reflected in the scoreline, nevertheless it's still a win and moves us up to £40.56
Our first selection (Celtic) had 65% possession and 25 attempts on goal, and all that effort brought was a simple 1-0 win. Either Zander Clark was in great form in the St Johnstone goal or Celtic need to be a bit more clinical in front of goal. The only goal of the game came from defender Dedryck Boyata in the 72nd minute, which fortunately was enough to give our selection the win. Our second selection (Club Brugge) were also utterly dominant, with 14 shots on target compared to just 1 for Waasland-Beveren, however like Celtic they still made hard work of their win. Club Brugge got off to a flying start with Lex Immers scoring after only 9 minutes, however they were pegged back with Waasland-Beveren's only shot on target in the 54th minute to make it 1-1. Fortunately for us, Jose Izquierdo managed to grab the winner for Club Brugge in the 74th minute for a 2-1 win.
