Our first selection (Asian handicap 0.0 Genk) couldn't have had a better start, scoring after only 4 minutes through Siebe Schrijvers to take a 1-0 lead straight away. Genk were the better team throughout the match, and added to their score just before half time via a Mbwana Samata goal, before Alejandro Pozuelo added a third midway through the 2nd half to secure a comfortable 3-0 win.
Our second selection (Draw no bet - Waregem) had a poor first half, having more possession but recording just one attempt on goal, which was off target. They stepped up their performance in the 2nd half though and scored through M'Baye Leye just after the break, which ended up being the winning goal as Waregem recorded a 1-0 win.
