These selections can be found in the France Ligue 2 and the Netherlands Eerste Divisie.
Our first selection (Draw no bet - Troyes) were relegated from Ligue 1 last season and are in the hunt to jump straight back up this season as they are only 3 points off 1st position in Ligue 2. Troyes' chances of promotion rest mainly on the shoulders of their home form, because they have been very mediocre on their travels. At the Stade de l'Aube they have recorded 6 wins, 3 draws, and just 1 loss, which came back in July when Sochaux visited, since then they have not lost a single home game and not conceded more than 1 goal per game in the process. Troyes' form did dip a little before the Christmas break, with two straight away losses, however they were against the top two teams of Brest and Reims, so they can be forgiven somewhat. Their opponents tonight (AC Ajaccio) are also far better when playing at home, as on their travels they have only managed 4 points (4 draws) from a possible 27, scoring only 5 goals yet conceding 14 in the process. In terms of their overall form, they haven't won a league match in their last 4 games, losing their last 2 to mid-table sides, so it's fair to say neither team is in the best form currently. Troyes are the team with a goal scorer though, with joint top goals scorer Adama Niane leading the line. There are obvious questions marks on how both teams will perform since the winter break, however with home advantage and the draw covered, Troyes should stand a good chance today.
Our second selection (Goal line - Over 2) in the Cambuur v VVV game should be a very likely outcome, with the only downside being the likely competitive nature of this game given the quality of both sides. When Cambuur play their games at Cambuur Stadion, an average of 4 goals are scored per game this season, with 2 or more scored on every single occasion so far. On top of that, Cambuur have scored 4 goals in a match on 3 separate occasions from their 9 home games, and scored 3 goals on 2 separate occasions, so they really are prolific goal scorers at home. They also have one of the leagues top goal scorers in Sander van de Streek. Cambuur's opponents tonight (VVV) are not always involved in high scoring games, however 8 of their 9 away games this season have still contained 2 or more goals, which still gives this selection a great chance. Due to VVV's strong away defence i'm not expecting Cambuur to score 4 goals again, however i feel it's likely both teams will get a goal and that alone makes the selection safe before even considering one team is likely to score a couple.
