Our first selection (Man Utd) finally look as though things are starting to gel now and as a result the wins are starting to come more frequently now also. Man Utd have won their last 4 games in all competitions and are unbeaten in their last 10 games. This improvement in form has coincided with the return to goal scoring for of Ibrahimovic, although i feel the team just looks better balanced now as though Mourinho is finally figuring out the best system and best players for that system. Their opponents today have also picked up a little in terms of form, but mainly at home where they have won 3 of their last 4 league games, but away from home things are still pretty bad, losing 5 of their last 6. I'm sure Moyes will have a point to prove returning to Old Trafford after an unsuccessful spell as Man Utd manager, however i still expect him to set up very defensively as he usually does against the top sides, and with Man Utd showing signs of looking a force again, i feel this should be a straight forward home win.

Our second selection (Man City) appear to be coping well without Aguero having won their last 2 league games, one of which was an impressive performance to come back from a goal down against Arsenal. Sterling is back in the side and it looks to be paying off, with his pace and ability to run with the ball causing real problems for both Watford and Arsenal. Their defence also feels a little steadier now since dropping the talented but still young and fairly inexperience Stones. Hull on the other hand are rock bottom of the English Premier League and have just 3 wins from all 17 of their league matches so far, scoring less goals than any other team in the league, and only conceding less goals than Swansea. It's starting to get to the business end of the league calendar now and Man City will be fully focused on closing the gap to Chelsea and therefore should win this match today.
