Our first selection (Helmond) were the stronger team throughout the match and finally got the goal their performance deserved after 75 minutes, which was enough for a 1-0 win. Our second selection (Ajax Reserves) did all of their damage in the first half, when they took a 2-0 lead going into the break. They still posed an attacking threat in the 2nd half but it was Telstar who scored, but only a consolation goal as Ajax Reserves won the match 2-1.
