These matches can be found in the World Cup Qualifiers.

Our first selection (Albania) are by no means one of the stronger teams in the qualifiers, however their opponents today (Liechenstein) are the main reason this selection has been chosen. Liechenstein are along a similar standard to teams like San Marino and Gibraltar, which is why they generally get beaten by most other teams, and usually by quite a few goals. Their last 3 games which were against Spain, Denmark, and Iceland finished 8-0, 5-0, and 4-0 respectively, and although Albania aren't the best team either, you wouldn't expect those kind of heavy defeats if those three teams had been playing Albania. In fact, Albania are having a pretty decent year by their standards, qualifying for their first ever major finals last year by finishing ahead of Denmark and Serbia in their Euro 2016 qualifying group, and they scored their first ever goal and recorded their first ever win in a major tournament when they beat Romania 1-0. Albania will be pushing hard for the win tonight as they will be far less likely to get 3 points against the other teams in their qualifying group, so expect them to keep attacking in the hope that the Liechenstein defence will crumble at some point, which it usually does.

Our second selection (Serbia) actually have a very talented team, with some names you are very likely to recognise. In defence they have the likes of Branislav Ivanovic and Aleksandar Kolarov, in midfield there is Nemanja Matic, Dusan Tadic, Zoran Tosic, and Lazar Markovic, and in attack Aleksander Mitrovic. They did however under perform in their Euro 2016 Qualifying group, so talent isn't everything, they need to find consistency too. They have since had some decent friendly results though, and were maybe a little unfortunate not to get all 3 points in their first qualifying match of this group against Ireland. Their opponents today (Moldova) aren't quite as bad as the likes of Liechenstein, however they do still lose the majority of their games, just by not as many goals. In fact, most of their losses are normally just by 1 or 2 goals, which can make the draw a more realistic possibility as they clearly have some defensive ability. Having said that, they lost 4-0 to Wales last time out, so against a talented team like Serbia, you would have to go with a win for Serbia today.
