Personally i won't be betting today, the fixture choice is just too poor to select anything with a high level of confidence. I believe this double will have a better chance than most other options today but the bookies still hold the edge when the leagues and Cup matches available to pick from are so unpredictable, so please bet with caution if choosing to following this one.
Regarding the selections, both both are playing overnight and are from the Brazil Serie A, and home teams usually have a massive advantage when it comes to South American football, which straight away gives our selections a better chance. On top of that, both Atletico Paranaense and Santos only have 3 losses from 28 combined home games this season. They have the two strongest home records in the league, and the two tightest home defences in the league, conceding only 12 goals between them, which makes them incredibly difficult to beat. Their opponents today (Chapecoense and Fluminense) actually have two of the best away records in the league, which does present an element of danger, and that's why the draw has been covered for both selections. Although i don't like using the Brazil Leagues, with the draws covered, these selections should still stand a decent chance.
