Our first selection (Tottenham) have had a fairly disappointing start despite having the chance to move into 3rd position today, and it's more down to their performances and the lack of goals from Harry Kane. At some point though they are likely to pick up their game, and today against a struggling Sunderland could be the perfect time. In fairness they have only dropped points against good teams this season (Liverpool and Everton), so you would expect them to be able to record a win against 2nd from bottom Sunderland. Sunderland have really struggled so far, and it looks like Moyes really has his work cut out this year. They looked really poor in the 2nd half against Everton in their last match and so far only have just 1 point from their first 4 games. This is a great opportunity for Tottenham to get some confidence back in terms of scoring goals, and it should be a strong home win.

Our second selection (Mjondalen) sit just outside the promotion playoff positions so will be desperate not to drop further behind. Their home form is what is keeping them in the running, having not lost any of their 12 home league games this season. They have drawn too many for my liking though, which is why the draw is covered, but with a goals ratio of 24 scored and only 9 conceded, they are clearly difficult to beat when having home advantage. Their opponents today (Ranheim) aren't having the best of seasons, and as with Mjondalen it's mainly down to very poor away form, losing 8 of their 12 away games so far, scoring just 12 goals yet conceding 21. Mjondalen managed to get a point when they visited Ranheim earlier in the season, so with home advantage this time, they should be able to get at least a point today.
