Our first selection (Portugal U21) should easily be able to win this game. They are the class act of their group and have won their last 5 group qualification games without even conceding a single goal (2-0, 4-0, 4-0, 3-0, and 4-0). So their main weakness would probably be complacency at this stage, and assuming that doesn't happen, then this should be another straight forward win. They have already beaten today's opponents (Israel U21) 3-0 back in November and that was away from home, so with home advantage this time, they should have every chance of repeating that result.
Our second selection (Goal line over 2) should stand a decent chance although it carries more risk than selection 1. Slovenia U21 are Group 2's highest goal scorers so far with 17 goals from 7 games, of course it helps to have Andorra U21 in the group, however Slovenia U21 have still been in games containing 2 or more goals 6 times out of their 7 games, with their only 1-0 being against defensive Italy U21. Their opponents today have been involved in games containing 2 or more goals 5 times out of their 7 games, and once again one of the 1-0 games came against Italy U21. The first encounter between Slovenia U21 and Ireland U21 finished at 3-1 to Slovenia, and i have a feeling both teams may score again today, which would give us the 2 goals needed for safety.
