Our first selection (Real Madrid) are one of the best clubs in the world, and their form at home last season was stunning, winning 16 of their 19 home league games, and scoring a massive 70 goals in the process, which is over 3.5 goals per game on average. In their last home game against today's opponents Celta Vigo, they won 7-1 thanks to 4 goals from Ronaldo. Now Ronaldo won't be playing today, however with the likes of Bale amongst many others, they should have more than enough talent to win again. Celta Vigo are not a bad team however, but generally speaking you just expect Real Madrid to comfortably win at home every time unless they are up against Barca or Atl Madrid.
Our second selection (Feyenoord) are in fine form, winning their first 3 games of the new season without conceding a single goal, and scoring 8. This form has carried on from the end of last season when they had 8 wins and 2 draws in their last 10 league games. They are always one of the stronger teams but often seem to have a bad spell of form which ruins any title chances, however this season is a very impressive start so maybe they really can challenge this season. Their opponents today (Excelsior) have had a couple of wins from their first 3 games, however against Groningen and Twente, which shouldn't impress too much. With home advantage, i expect Feyenoord to be too strong and comfortably win, although Excelsior will probably try and make life difficult by playing on the counter.
