These matches can be found in the Euro 2016 Championship.
Our first selection (Switzerland) are not the strongest side in the competition, however they do have some talented attacking players in Shaqiri and Embolo, who are capable of creating and scoring goals. They have a very good head2head record against today's opponents (Albania), although it's only their last 2 wins that can be worth any mention as the rest are so many years back they have no impact on the current squads. Albania are a fairly defensive team, scoring just 10 goals during the qualification stage. They generally record most of their wins against lower quality opposition, other than a shock win against Portugal where they scored just about their only shot of the game, and managed to hold off a barrage of attacks from Portugal. Also they had a friendly win against a weak and out of sorts France team. With these games being of the up most importance now, i see Switzerland coming away with at least a draw.
Our second selection (England) probably had the most impressive qualification of all teams, winning each of their games. They have had question marks raised over their defence, and i can see why, with just 3 centre backs and not much experience, however i still think their main problem will be their lack of natural width. As usual Rooney has come in for some stick also, i do sometimes feel this is because the expectations on him are far higher than for the rest of the team. Regardless of these issues, England are a strong team and a threat to any team they play, and they should have too much for Russia today. Russia didn't concede many in qualification, and they are very experienced at the back, however their ageing central defenders could easily be exploited for their lack of pace if Vardy or Sterling get some game time. This might not be an easy game for England, but i see them getting at least a draw.
