Our first selection (Bosnia & Herzegovina) have very generous odds today. Up against Japan, i'm surprised to see them as such outsiders. The majority of Japan's games are not against European opposition, therefore even though they have a lot of recent wins, they are against teams like Cambodia, Syria, Afghanistan etc. Bosnia & Herzegovina aren't a brilliant team, however they are used to playing a better quality of opponent and the managed to beat the likes of Switzerland recently, as well as only losing to Spain by 2 goals even though they had a red card after 45 minutes. If they can have a man sent off and still hold spain to only beating them by 2 goals, then they should be able to stop Japan beating them by 2 goals.
Our second selection (Criciuma) are only 1 point behind today's opponents Brasil de Pelotas, so you could say there isn't much between these two side. Home advantage however plays a massive part in South American football, as can be demonstrated by the fact that both teams are undefeated at home but are yet to win a single match away from home. Brasil de Pelotas are also a newly promoted side so are still getting used to the step up in quality of the Serie B. With home advantage, Criciuma should have enough to ensure they get at least a point today.
