Our first selection (Real Madrid) is not a selection i'm totally comfortable with as Man City are definitely dangerous, but it's difficult to ignore Real Madrid's home form as it's so dominant, and Man City haven't been good on their travels this season. The first leg of this tie ended 0-0, meaning Man City just need a score draw to progress, so there is a lot of incentive for Real Madrid to win this game, and given that Real madrid have won 14 of their last 15 home matches, they should stand a good chance in this game. Real Madrid have the bonus of Ronaldo being declared fit also, which is a massive psychological boost, as well as their recent home form of winning their last 5 without conceding and scoring 16 goals in the process. Man City are dangerous, but this could be the end of the road for Pellegrini's side.
Our second selection (Odd BK) is also a selection i'm not totally comfortable with as they are the away team and it's a Cup game, however they are playing a team (Asker) who play two leagues below in Div 2. Odd BK are actually having a very good season, currently sitting in 2nd in the top Norway League, and have the best away record so far this season. They also look to be taking this Cup competition seriously having won the first 2 rounds 5-0 and 6-0. Their opponents (Asker) are also having a good season, sitting in 3rd after 4 matches, but they still shouldn't have the quality to be able to stop an in form Odd BK side. On paper this should be an easy win for Odd BK, with it being a Cup game however, it's never that easy but it still should be a win even if it's not as easy as we hope.
