We're having to pick from a couple of obscure leagues for today's double as the fixture choice really is awful today. So if you have any doubts, just wait for the next official "Tipster's Double".
Honest advice: I still think this double stands a decent chance if you insist on betting today, however I won't be betting today due to the poor fixtures available, and i would advise anyone else to wait until the fixtures improve a bit also.

Our first selection (Internacional RS) have won the Campeonato Gaucho the last 5 years running, and are one of two quality sides in this tournament, the other being Gremio. Gremio are currently top, 8 points ahead of Internacional RS, so it's about time Internacional RS stepped up their game a bit. As with any South American team, home advantage plays a bit part, and they are very strong at home, with 4 wins, 1 draw, and 1 loss currently, scoring 15 goals and conceding 8 in the process. Their opponents tonight (Brasil de Pelotas) are not of the same quality, and sit in the bottom half of the table. They are however difficult to beat, losing only 2 of their 11 games so far, however Gremio had no trouble beating them 3-1 away from home, so Internacional RS should be able to do the same given they have home advantage. History shows Internacional RS win this fixture usually, and i expect another win tonight.
Our second selection (Portmore United) are currently 2nd in the Jamaican Premier League. Now this is the first time i've ever tipped a team in this league, which just shows how bad the fixtures are today, however the same selecting rules apply to any league and my research indicates Portmore shouldn't lose this one. Portmore are not a high scoring team, and they actually win a lot of games 1-0. They are defensively very strong at home, conceding only 11 goals in 14 home games, and beat today's opponents (UWI) 3-0 in this fixture earlier in the season. UWI are actually doing pretty well in the league also, although that is largely down to their home form, because their away form is terrible, consisting of 2 wins, 5 draws, and 8 losses, scoring only 9 goals and conceding 24. If this game goes to form, Portmore should win, and they certainly shouldn't lose.
