With the majority of tonight's fixtures being from the unpredictable Europa League, i will be posting this double just as a suggestion, so if you have any doubts, just wait for the next official "Tipster's Double".
Double:
Dortmund v FC Porto - WIN (Dortmund)
Valencia v Rapid Vienna - Draw no bet (Valencia)
At time of posting, odds were 1.95
These matches can be found in the Europa League.
Our first selection (Dortmund) are currently favourites to win the whole Tournament. They are second in their domestic league behind Bayern Munich, and the only team who realistically have an outside chance of keeping pace with the leaders. Their home form has been very impressive, with 9 wins and 1 draw from 10 games, scoring over 3 goals per game on average and conceding less than 1 goal per game. If they take that home form into the Europa League tonight, they should stand a very good chance of winning. Their opponents tonight (FC Porto) have had some patchy form away from home this season, with 2 draws and 2 losses from 10 away games. A less than impressive Chelsea dispatched Porto 2-0 earlier in the season, and there is no reason a team of Dortmund's quality can't do the same. FC Porto are dangerous, and most games won't be easy at this stage in the competition, however Dortmund with home advantage should definitely have the edge in this encounter.
Our second selection (Valencia) have had a really tough time under Gary Neville, but they are still better than their results would suggest and they are still a very difficult team to beat when they have home advantage, losing just 1 of their 12 home league matches this season despite having a bad season by their standards. They recorded their first League win under Neville last time out, and even though that may not mean they have turned the corner, it certainly will have done wonders for their confidence going into this match tonight. Their opponents (Rapid Vienna) play in the Austrian League, which isn't at the same level as the spanish League, and they have far less success on their travels in comparison to when they have home advantage. In their domestic league they have lost as many as they have won when playing away from home, so they will most likely be looking to contain Valencia tonight and hope for success from their home leg. I see this being a very good opportunity for Valencia to add to their win last time out, they will be pushing for the win, and i don't see much risk of them losing this one.
