Our first selection (Arsenal) haven't been getting the results they would have hoped for of late, however i see these matches with more positives than it would appear other people do. Against Chelsea they played most of the game with 10 men, yet they still had very good passages of play where they were a real attacking threat, and maybe they deserved to get a point out of the match. Against Southampton most recently, they created so many chances, they really should have come away with all 3 points. Now today's opponents Bournemouth are on a good run of form, but they do like to play football, and don't subscribe to the roughing up tactics of certain other teams. This should work to Arsenal's favour as it will enable them to play their natural flowing game, which should result in enough chances for them to win the match, or at least come away with a point in this must win game.
Our second selection (Juventus) got off to a terrible start to the season, however since the end of October they have won an incredible 13 straight league games, scoring an impressive 32 goals and conceding only 6 in the process. They are defending Champions, and they are still sat behind Napoli, who they play next weekend, so they have plenty of incentive to make sure they don't drop points this weekend. Their opponents today (Frosinone) are struggling near the bottom of the table, and not in the best of form. Before their most recent match, which was a narrow win against Bologne, they had scored just 2 points from the previous 8 league games. Upsets do happen in football, as we saw when Frosinone held Juventus earlier in the season, but with current form it would still be very brave to think anything other than a Juventus win will happen tonight, and most likely by more than 1 goal.
