Posted this one a little later than usual, however the games kick off at 6pm and 8pm respectively so plenty of time to place your bets if taking part in Tip 2.
Our first selection (Cardiff) are very strong at home, only losing 1 (Hull) of 13 home league games this season. If only they could play all their games at home they would be very strong contenders for automatic promotion into the Premier league. Today they host a team (Shrewsbury) who are struggling in the league below (Div 1). Shrewsbury have have only managed 4 away league wins from 13 so far this season, and their last match was a 7-1 thumping by Chesterfield. With Cardiff's extra quality, and their home form being so strong, i struggle to see an upset for this game, and expect Cardiff to win but have covered the draw just to be safe.
Our second selection (Marseille) are a big club who are currently mid-table and have struggled to get the wins this season, however i think this game stands a strong chance of changing that. Although they haven't secured many wins (4 wins) in their last 10 games, they have only lost 1 of those 10 and their form appears to be on the up. Compare that to todays opponents (Guingamp) who have lost their last 5 league games and only won 1 of their last 10. On top of that, Guingamp have scored only 4 goals in 10 away games, so they are really struggling away from home. Marseille will be looking to avenge their early season away defeat at Guingamp, and i see them definitely coming away with at least a point in this match.
