Our first selection (Chelsea) look to be getting back to their normal strong level. They seem to be playing with more spirit and desire now, and they certainly have enough incentive considering how far down the league table they are. Their opponents (Man Utd) remind me of the Chelsea side before Mourinho left, in that they look to me like a team who isn't happy and i don't see their results improving much until changes are made to the management. I actually see both teams being fairly cautious in this game and wouldn't be surprised if it was a draw, however even if Man Utd did win, they would have to win by 2 goals for this selection to lose and i just can't see them winning by 2 goals considering how they have been playing recently.
Our second selection (Middlesbrough) are in excellent form, dropping just 2 points from their last 6 league games, however it's Middlesbrough's defence that is key to their success at home. They have conceded only 2 goals in 11 home games which makes them incredibly difficult to beat even if they don't manage a goal themselves. Their opponents (Sheffield Wed) are in decent form themselves, however they are far stronger when playing at home and this match is away from home where they have managed only 2 wins from 11 attempts. With Middlesbrough being so strong at home, and Sheffield Wed finding it difficult to get wins away from home, Middlesbrough should be strong enough not to lose this one.
