Our first selection (Dynamo Kiev) is a simple case of they have to win in order to progress to the knock-out stages. They beat tonights opponents (M Tel Aviv) away from home 2-0 in a fairly comfortable display, and neither Chelsea or FC Porto could win when visiting Kiev, and both matches were fairly evenly matched. Therefore, in a must win game, with home advantage, against the weakest team in the group, i just can't see any other result than a home win tonight.
Our second selection (Arsenal) are not expected to do well tonight by many of the tipsters i monitor, they seem to think Olympiakos have a better chance of winning than Arsenal. Maybe i'm wrong on this one (we will find out tonight) but the way i look at this is Arsenal need the win to get to the knock out stages, where as Olympiakos can lose 1-0 or 2-1 and still progress, so their mentality will not be to try and win this game but just to try and avoid defeat. Personally i don't believe Marco Silva when he says his Olympiakos side will go for victory, i think that's mind games. Also, in their first match which Olympiakos won 3-2, it was a fortunate win, the first goal was wickedly deflected, and the second was a ridiculous goal keeping mistake, which hopefully shouldn't happen this time with Cech in goal. Anyway, we will see tonight, but i don't see Arsenal losing this one.
