I'm posting Tuesdays double purely as a suggestion as the selections come from the Capital One Cup which can be an unpredictable event due to player rotation, so if you're in any doubt, just wait for the next for the next "Tipster's Double".

With both these selections i would advise you to wait for the team line-ups as the outcome will largely depend on the strength of the teams they decide to put out.
My feeling is that Everton's line up will be fairly strong, 3 games without a win makes this a good opportunity to try and gather some momentum and confidence into the team. Where as Norwich have stated their priority is the Premier League, so may rest some key players, although this could just be mind games, you never know until the teams are announced.
Arsenal will definitely rest some key players and start some fringe/young players, however with their fringe players all being very good quality, Cech being likely to start in goal, and Arsenal's confidence being sky high after beating Bayern, i would still expect them to be attacking for most of the game and pushing for the win. Sheff Wed have a number of first team players out also, so this will be a real challenge to keep Arsenal from winning, despite going unbeaten in their last 8.
