Panathinaikos currently occupy a familiar position, 2nd behind Olympiakos. They finished last season in 2nd, largely thanks to a very strong home record of 15 wins from 17 home games, and this season they are continuing to be strong at home with 3 wins from 3, scoring 8 goals in the process and not conceding a single goal. Their opponents Giannina have a decent home record, however they are struggling away from home with just 1 point from 3 away games. Panathinaikos should have a good chance of getting another home win here.
Our second selection (FK Rostov) have had a good start to the season, they are unbeaten in 6 games at home, with 3 wins and 3 draws, largely thanks to being solid at the back with only 3 goals conceded. They aren't free scoring, averaging 1 goal a game at home, which is why it's best to cover the draw in case they can't break the deadlock. Their opponents (M Saransk) are really struggling, bottom of the league and only 1 win in 11 games. They are yet to win away from home, and are averaging less than a goal per game away from home. This will probably be a low scoring game, and will likely be either a win or draw for FK Rostov.
