I was hoping to be able to go '0.0 asian handicap' (draw no bet) on both these selections but the odds were just too small for it to be worthwhile, so i've had to make one of them a half 'win', half 'draw no bet' selection.
Our first selection (Brann) are battling for promotion so plenty of incentive to win, rather than Bryne who look set on mid-table mediocrity. With Bryne losing their last 5 away games, and Brann only losing 1 of 11 home games, this should be a very safe selection as the draw is covered.
Our second selection (Rio Ave) have got off to a solid start in the Portugal Primeira Liga, their only loss in 5 was against Sporting in a fairly evenly contested match. their opponents (Academica) have got off to a terrible start, 5 straight defeats with only 1 goal scored and 12 conceded. Rio Ave with home advantage should have too much for Academica, and with the draw half covered, it gives a little extra safety compared to a straight win bet.
