After getting from £20 to over £260 in 6 bets, it was the English Premiership which threw a spanner in the works again. Once again it was West Brom who ended our Challenge (beating Chelsea 3-0) so close to the end, however West Brom can't really take full responsibility for this one after being given such a large helping hand by Cesc Fabregas needlessly getting sent off for kicking the ball towards where the ref was standing.
Hopefully some of you will have taken some of the profits before this loss but at least there were plenty of opportunities to bank the initial £20 if not.

The record shows we are making some good profit a decent amount of the time even if we haven't got to the £1000 yet, and having got to only 2-3 bets from the end on 3 of the 7 occasions indicates it's very achievable.
With the end of the main european seasons nearly finished though, it's going to be very tricky completing this Challenge during the summer with only more obscure league to pick from, although i will probably end up focusing on leagues like Ireland, Norway, and Sweden, which in fairness are probably more reliable than the English leagues.
