When people bet on football, there are certain events which you always hope won't effect your team, just about all of those events happened these last 3 days.
Poor discipline - Fridays pick (Volendam) collected 2 red cards and gave away a penalty.
Late equalisers - Saturdays pick (Bournemouth) were on the receiving end of a 95th minute equaliser, and it was a penalty to top things off.
Goal keeping errors - Saturdays other pick (Arsenal) had Wojciech Szczesny let in the weakest of shots which a player on his wages should save every time.
Parking the bus - Sundays pick (Ajax) had 68% possession, and 19 attempts on goal yet couldn't make a single one count.
The bad news is, we are yet to have been affected by an own goal, so maybe that will be Monday nights treat.
The good news is that this is my worst run of results i've ever had, so it has to come to an end soon, but my deepest sympathies to all who have been affected, we will get our revenge on the bookies soon enough!!
