A London derby will take place on Friday night when West Ham take on Fulham. The Hammers have had their problems this season but they will be the favourites to win this game.

Manuel Pellegrini’s team come into this match in 10^th place and depending on results they could overtake Everton. They have drawn their last two matches which came against Crystal Palace and more impressively against Liverpool.

The Hammers are unbeaten at home this year and their last loss came before Christmas when they were defeated 2-0 by Watford.

Fulham are in real trouble and the appointment of Claudio Ranieri is not having the desired effect that it should have. The Cottagers have lost 4 of their last five games. They are in 19^th place as a result and 7 points from saftety. If there is no improvement by the end of the month it looks very likely that they will be playing Championship football soon.

West Ham: Manuel Lanzini could make an emotional return for this game. The Argentinian has not played this season after suffering knee ligament damage for Argentina last summer. Samir Nasri could return after his calf injury but is 50/50 to do so
