England Premier League
Saturday 26th October 2019
Kick off at 3pm BST
Venue: Vicarage Road
Match Preview:
Watford are still searching for their first victory this season, but there has been some slight improvements from the team who reside bottom of the league. Slight in the fact they have drawn their last two games. Those draws came against Sheffield United and more impressively away to Tottenham.
Last weekend at Tottenham was still disappointment though as a mix up between referee and VAR meant that Tottenham were able to score a goal through Dele Alli even though it should have been ruled out so the draw would have felt like a loss.
The Hornets are not condemned to relegation and are just 4 points from safety but it is hard to see where the next win will come from. At home the club have drawn their last two games including the comeback against Arsenal with that match finishing 2-2, the Hornets actually haven’t lost at home since the end of August.
Bournemouth started the season very well but have now hit a wall where they have recorded no wins in their last 3 games. It doesn’t mean they are losing as two of those games have ended in draws. Last weekend they drew against Norwich with that game finishing in a dour 0-0. Form has seen the club drop to 10th place and on the road the club have won 50% of their games, their last away match ended in a 1-0 defeat at Arsenal.
