Swansea are in 17^th place and four points clear of the bottom three but that could be one point by Saturday evening if they lose this game and Southampton beat Bournemouth. Chelsea will obviously start as favourites and the Blues have not given up on a Champions League place just yet.

Swansea have been living on their wits and have been in very poor form with just three points won from their last 15. They haven’t won a game since the beginning of March. However their recent home form has been good where they have gone their last five games unbeaten, winning 4 of those. Indeed the Swans have picked up 21 points of their total 33 at home.

Chelsea are just five points behind Tottenham and a 4^th place finish and the Blues are set to give everything to secure that place with four games remaining. They will be outsiders to achieve it but we should expect the club to play attacking football, and go for broke for the remainder of the season.

Antonio Conte’s side has gone 3 games unbeaten winning their last two games and away from home wins against Southampton and Burnley had stopped a 3 game losing streak. Chelsea have the 5^th best away record in the league.
