Sligo Rovers vs Cork City Double Betting Tip Preview:Even though this is the shorter odds selection of the two, it's the one i'm less comfortable with, and mainly because historically this fixture doesn't usually contain many goals. However, if we are going purely off this season's form, then it should stand a good chance. Cork City are the highest scoring team in the league with 39 goals from 14 games, now a lot of those goals have come in their home fixtures but they are still averaging over 2 goals per game away from home as they are such a dominant force this season. Had it not been for their away from home draw against Galway, i would have been tempted to back them for the win despite Sligo's strong recent home form. Another factor in favour of goals over final result is the fact that Sligo Rovers games this season average 2.9 goals, which is more than enough for our selection over "Over 1.5". Considering the number of goals matches containing these two teams have had this season, there should be a strong chance of at least 2 tonight, especially considering both teams games have failed to contain 2 or more goals only once in all their league games this season.
Stabaek vs Viking Betting Tip Preview:This is my preferred choice of the day, however it's a little disconcerting that Stabaek's odds have drifted a little, and i'm yet to figure our why that would be. This is still a very obvious choice though, and unless there is something going on that i'm not aware of, this selection should stand a very good chance. Stabaek are performing very well this season, with 5 wins, 2 draws, and 2 losses, although both losses were somewhat unexpected thrashings, so it's possible their style of play isn't well suited to some teams. However it would appear that this season, their opponents Viking are suiting a lot of teams style of play having been beaten 7 times from their first 9 games, scoring only 6 goals, yet conceding 16. Away from home they have managed just 1 point and 1 goal from 4 games, which amazingly came against 2nd placed Brann, which was a big surprise. Stabaek also possess the league's top goal scorer, Ohi Omoijuanfo, who has already struck two hat-tricks this season, so with a strong attack, and the draw covered, this should be a safe selection barring any surprise upsets.
