Match Preview:
Manchester City would have seen Arsenal’s result by the time this game kicks off but it won’t matter at the end of the day City just need to win their remaining four games to be confirmed as champions. City come into this weekend just 1 point behind Arsenal but they have played a game less and that is a huge advantage for Pep Guardiola’s side. Form is fantastic with 5 wins from their last five played and they are scoring goals too and have converted 19 in those five games. Still Arsenal has the most goals so far with 85 and City has 82 but of course they have played that game less. The league title seems set now for either Arsenal or Manchester City to win it and Liverpool look well out of it now. At home this season City have won 12 of their 17 games played and with five draws they haven’t lost here yet.
Wolves are in 11th place with 46 points and they will miss out on a European position this season but there have been many encouraging moments for the club who have really at times punched above their weight. Recent form has been a worry however in their last game they were able to beat Luton 2-1 to stop that rot although if form comes to fruition many will believe that they will be back to losing ways at the weekend. Wolves have not won on the road since beating Tottenham ten weeks ago and their majority result away from home is the loss with 8 so far from 17 games played.

Wolves: Tommy Doyle cannot face his parent club, Rayan Ait-Nouri has a knock and will be assessed. Leon Chiwome and Craig Dawson are out for the season with respective ankle and groin injuries

Wolves did shock City earlier in the season and if they pull off another win Arsenal would personally thank them. But Wolves overall record is poor against City and nobody can see them pulling off a win here or even a draw. To win their league titles City haven’t always been great but they have been able to go up another level which other teams have not been able to reach. Arsenal are hanging in there but City look like they are on this level right now and look like they will win all of their remaining matches. The most worrying aspect is that the club have no major injuries to their first squad and Erling Haaland who has been quiet of late by his standards scored last week, and he needed that and we expect him to be on the ball for this game and raring to go. Back the handicap on a City win because their odds are around 1.09 to win and no one is seriously going to be taking that on.
