Lyon vs Ajax Betting Tip Preview:This game should contain goals, which makes the chances of 1 or more goals to be scored in the first half fairly likely. Lyon currently trail Ajax 4-1 from the 1st leg of this tie, now that scoreline in itself shows that this game has good potential for goals, but when you also consider that Lyon now have to win by at least 3 goals to stand any chance of progressing, it would be no surprise to see some gung-ho style attacking from the home side. This could well lead to goals and it could also lead to goals being scored by Ajax on the counter. Generally speaking Lyon are a more potent attacking threat at Parc Olympique Lyonnais, with 43 goals scored from just 18 home league matches this season, and on top of that, they will most likely be starting with top scorer Alexandre Lacazette leading the line this time, who has 24 goals in Ligue 1 this season. Ajax are a defensively strong team, however they have been conceding away from home recently, with a total of 8 goals conceded in their last 6 away games in all competitions. Lyon desperately need an early goal, and therefore this selection should stand a good chance.
Man Utd vs Celta Vigo Betting Tip Preview:Unlike our first selection, this game should be a lot tighter, as Manchester Utd will most likely look to defend their 1 goal lead, and they offer a very stubborn defence when they want to. Manchester Utd's last 8 games in all competitions have contained no more than 2 goals, and they have needed to dig in and defend well, they have managed to get clean sheets against the likes of Chelsea, Manchester City, and Tottenham to name a few. So with their main priority being not to lose tonight, expect a strong defensive performance rather than one where they go looking for goals. Celta Vigo are a decent attacking side, however away from home they have only managed 22 goals in 18 away league games, which is little over 1 goal per away game, so it's not like Man Utd are having to defend against Monaco tonight. It could be that Celta find a way through early and Man Utd have to go on the attack, but this selection would require 4 goals to lose, and it should be unlikely that this game will contain 4 goals, especially when the first leg only managed 1 goal, and Celta could only manage 2 shots on target, and that was with home advantage.
