However it is their Champions League result that the Reds are buzzing about as they attempt to get to their first final in 11 years.
The focus now will be back on the league where 2nd place looks lost but Liverpool are now under pressure for 3rd position from Tottenham for an automatic place in next season’s competition so the club will be 100% motivated to win this match. The good news is that Mohamed Salah is back and Liverpool remain the only team in the league unbeaten at home.
