Betting Tip Previews:Some tricky fixtures today as many of them are cup games. Our first selection (Draw no bet - Hearts) is our first choice selection of the day because of Hearts strong home record and the incentive for a top 3 finish and European qualification. Hearts recent form hasn't been blistering however they have still only lost 2 home league games all season, and they were against the two teams higher up in the league, Aberdeen and Celtic. Hearts and their opponents tonight have played each other twice already this season, and both time the games ended in draws, however their home encounter was dominated by Hearts, and Ross County essentially just "parked the bus". Ross County are the most out of form team of the last 5 games, managing only 1 point, and generally speaking they do struggle away from home, recording just 2 away league wins all season and averaging less than 1 goal per game away from home. Therefore with Hearts home performances being strong, and Ross County being on a bad run of form and posing little goal threat, this selection should be very safe, especially considering the draw is covered.
Our second selection (1st half goal line - Over 0.5,1.0) in the Marseille vs Monaco game should be an encounter that contains goals. Monaco and Marseille have played each other twice already in Ligue 1 this season, and both times 4 or more goals were scored. Now what's even more noticeable is that Monaco scored 3 goals both times in the first 45 minutes alone, now i'm not saying this will happen again, however it does indicate we stand a good chance of at least 1 goal from either team being scored in the first half. Monaco are the top goal scorers in Ligue 1 by a country mile, with 78 goals from just 27 league games, and with Marseille conceding more goals than any other team in the top 12 positions, this game should stand a good chance of containing goals. In fact the only negative in this selection is the fact that it is a cup game, which could result in a more cagey approach from both teams, and adds an element of uncertainty, and this is the main reason this double is just a suggestion instead of an official Premium Double.
