Fulham can start preparing for next season and Championship football as they were confirmed relegated last week. The Cottagers have lost 24 games this season and the writing was on the wall even when Claudio Ranieri was at the club.

Scott Parker’s side have conceded 76 goals which is by far the most in the league and they will be underdogs to beat Everton at the weekend even if they are at home. The club have lost their last 4 games in front of their home fans.

Everton have been in form and have pretty much been solid and looking like their early season form since the beginning of March. They come into this match having won their last 3 games and it has been an interesting period for the club as all of those victories have come against clubs from London - A win over Fulham could make it 4.

Marco Silva’s teams highest position this season could be 7^th and the club will be aiming for this and are just a point behind Leicester and Wolves. Everton only need one more win to equal Sam Allardyce’s total from last season and the Toffeemen look set to eclipse their points total under their former manager.

However Everton do remain inconsistant on the road and have lost 50% of their games away from home. But they will understandibly be confident of winning this match.

Fulham: Floyd Ayite could return after his muscle injury. Lazar Markovic has a calf injury and is ruled out Alfie Mawson has revovered from injury but now has a lack of match fitness and will miss this game

Everton: Yerry Mina is still out with a hamstring injury and it is questionable if the Colombian will return this season. Morgan Schneiderlin could return to the team after his ankle injury and will be assessed

The club could finish the season very strongly and will be expected to ease to victory in this game. Fulham won’t just lie down but at the same time you have to question their motivation, they can’t even finish in 18^th place and have very little to play for now. Everton have the quality to really punish The Cottagers at the weekend and anything less would feel like a huge disappointment. Gylfi Sigurdsson scored a brace against Fulham earlier in the season and as one of Everton’s best players this season we will back the player to get on the score sheet once again.
