Betting Tip Previews:
Our first selection (Draw no bet - Man Utd) is dividing opinion amongst the tipsters out there, with many putting a lot of faith in FK Rostov's strong home record, however i'm not convinced it can be the deciding factor against the quality of a Mourinho lead Man Utd who will now be well aware of FK Rostov's threat after seeing them beat Bayern Munich in the Champions League group stages. Mourinho is no fool when it comes to the hunt for silverware, and he will most certainly be giving Rostov the attention they deserve. FK Rostov are unbeaten at home in their domestic Russia Premier League, with an amazing 2 goals conceded from 9 home games, however with only 15 goals scored they are not the kind of team to be dominating matches. That was noticeable in their last home league match against Zenit, when Rostov only managed 2 attempts on goal. Manchester Utd have lost only 1 match in their last 27, and that was an EFL Cup game 2nd leg where they may have had a little bit of complacency as they went into the match with a 2-0 1st leg lead. Generally speaking though, this may not be the Man Utd of old who will destroy their opponents with exciting football, but they are without a doubt difficult to beat, and therefore i just don't see Rostov having the quality or attacking threat to beat a team that is so difficult to gain a win against.

Our second selection (Draw no bet - Gent) actually play in the same domestic league as their opponents Genk, and this definitely helps in determining the outcome of this Europa League match. Gent are just 2 points and 1 position ahead of tonight's opponents Genk in the Belgium Jupiler League, and both teams are far stronger when playing at home, with both teams accruing 21 extra points at home than compared to when playing away from home. This indicates that both teams are fairly evenly matched, as well as home advantage looking like it could be a deciding factor in this two leg tie, however in terms of team quality i would just give the edge to Gent as they have a slightly stronger attacking threat and have conceded fewer goals. This game is likely to be low on goals, but Gent will be hoping to take a lead going into the second leg, whereas Genk would most likely be happy with a draw. In terms of recent form, it's difficult to split these two teams, as both have identical recent records of 2 wins, 2 draws, and 1 loss in the league, however Gent impressively knocked out Tottenham in the previous round, which demonstrates how tough they can be to beat. Therefore, with Gent having home advantage, and the draw covered, this selection should have a strong level of security.
