Crystal Palace and Norwich could be two teams fighting over relegation in a few months, and so a win for either team on Saturday afternoon would be very welcome.

Palace were in the top 5 a few weeks ago but have slumped to 12^th place after they were destroyed 4-0 by Tottenham and then followed that up with a draw at home against Wolves. They have 8 points which is decent and what will be encouraging for the team is that they haven’t yet lost at home, after a draw with Everton, beating Aston Villa and the already mentioned draw with Wolves.

Norwich can forget their surprise 3-2 victory over Manchester City, it was a fantastic moment, lightning in a bottle but the club have proved that at home they might pull off some surprises but on the road they are going to struggle too much to make an impact. This was evidenced in the fact that after beating City they went to Burnley and lost 2-0.

This latest defeat has put the Canaries in 16^th place and they have lost 3 of their last four games. By way of goal difference Norwich already have the worst away record in the league, losing all 3 games but also scoring just once and conceding 8 goals.

Crystal Palace: The Eagles only have one injury worry which is Connor Wickham who has a knock, but after missing some games he remains at 50/50 to return for this match

Norwich: Ralf Fahrmann has a groin injury and looks set to miss this game but will be assessed beforehand. Tim Krul has a chance to return from a back injury, Alexander Tettey will be assessed after aggravating a muscle
