Crystal Palace continue to find wins hard to come by after drawing 2-2 away to Bournemouth last weekend. However they are in 17th position and are 3 points clear of Southampton, but the Eagles have been poor this season it's just that there have been 3 teams worse than them so far. Palace manager Roy Hodgson knows that this game is huge and could be three points which would feel like 10 to the club right now.
Form is poor with just 1 win in their last five games, however they have had some difficult matches the past month against top 5 sides. Palace have only won 1 match at home this year and that was back in January so a win here is long overdue.
Brighton have not won for the past 3 games and they will be 100% motivated to pick up the points in this clash. They have just 35 points and need at least another four points to start feeling safe. The problem for Brighton is their appalling away form which has seen the club win just 2 games all season. Even bottom club West Brom have beaten them and it has been a real concern for the club.
