England Premier League
Sunday 8th April 2018
Kick off at 4.30pm BST
Venue: Stamford Bridge
Match Preview:
Chelsea’s disappointing loss to Tottenham at Stamford Bridge last week all but sealed their Champions League fate for next season. They are now 8 points adrift of 4th place but that doesn’t mean that Antonio Conte’s men will give up the chase just yet.
The recent defeat to Tottenham means that Chelsea have dropped points at home in 3 of their last 5 home games. There are still 21 points to be won for the club and the team will want to finish the season on a high note.
West Ham have had many troubles in recent weeks, from poor form to stadium protests but last weekend resolved a few of these issues with a superb and convincing 3-0 win at home to fellow stragglers Southampton. This will have given the Hammers a boost but they will be under no illusions the task they have when they travel to Chelsea.
Away from home West Ham have won just 2 games all season and come into this match having lost their last 3 away games conceding 11 goals along the way.
