This is especially the case at Emirates Stadium where they are unbeaten since the beginning of the season when they suffered defeat in the first game of the season, also against City. Arsenal have won their last 9 cosecutive home League games, and will be looking to make that 10 consecutive on Monday.

Unai Emery’s team ended up 2-0 winners over Manchester United in their last game at the Emirates, which marked United’s first league loss under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer since he took over the club in December.

Arsenal have become an incredibly respected team at The Emirates and this will be a very tough match for Newcastle.

The Magpies have mixed form but they have only lost one game in their last five. Their last league game ended in a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth. With 35 points they are virtually safe but another win sooner rather than later would be welcome.
