England Premier League

Kick off at 3pm GMT
Venue: Emirates Stadium
Match Preview:
The 5-1 smashing that Arsenal took at the hands of Liverpool last weekend must have got under every Gunners skin and it certainly brought the team back down to Earth. It was a poor showing from Arsenal and confirmed just how far they are behind the best teams in the league.
Still considering this is Unai Emery’s first season in charge of Arsenal the Spaniard has done a decent job and there are times this season that the club have looked their best in a few years. They are just off the pace now for a Champions League position and have fallen 5 points behind Chelsea. The big worry is that the Manchester United players are now giving their all under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and are just 3 points behind them.
Arsenal though are fortunate to be playing Fulham and they will be big odds on favourites to get a comfortable win, but we have to remember that their form has not been good. They have just 1 win in their past 4 games, although their 3 matches without a win all came away from home and that could be key for Arsenal.
At The Emirates The Gunners have 7 wins from 10 games and have lost just once this season which was on the opening day. They have won their last 3 games in a row in the league here scoring 8 goals.
Fulham are finding something to try and stay up and come here in 19th place but the encouraging news is that they are unbeaten in their last 3 games after draws against Newcastle and Wolves and a victory over Huddersfield last weekend. A win here would surely see them move into a safe position.
However even under new manager Claudio Ranieri The Cottagers have failed to win away from home and it seems like a big ask for them to do so at Arsenal. They have scored just 6 goals on the road this season which together with Cardiff is the poorest return in the league.
