It was significant in the fact that this was Frank Lampard’s first game in charge at Stamford Bridge with a roaring crowd to boot, and yet Brendan Rodgers team focused when under pressure and in fact finished the game strongly too. It wasn’t a vintage performance but any team that takes points from Chelsea at the Bridge deserves some plaudits.
