If both of these teams were television shows they would be perhaps the greatest soap operas of the past few years, and it will all be set to continue when they meet in the early evening kick off on Saturday.

To add spice as if it was needed, Mourinho will come up against his old foe Rafa Benitez who would love to rub salt in the wounds.

In the league United’s form has not been good where they have gone their last two games without a win and this is their poorest start to a campaign in almost 30 years.

Mike Ashley, the Newcastle owner, took his entire team out and the manager to a heal the wounds slap up meal ahead of this game and the vibes seemed to go well as Newcastle prepare to get some points from this game. The Magpies are searching for their first win of the season and are in 18^th place. Away from home they have drawn 2 games and lost one which was a narrow defeat to Manchester City by 2-1, so there is no suggestion this match will be an easy one for United.
