England Premier League
Saturday 10th November 2018
Kick off at 3pm GMT
Venue: King Power Stadium
Match Preview:
Emotions will be running high once again when Leicester return home for the first time since their ill fated game here against West Ham. It was a night that will never be forgotten for the Foxes when their owner along with others were tragically killed in a helicopter crash just outside the ground.
All of Leicester’s personnel flew out to Thailand earlier this week to pay their respects at the funeral but make no mistake Claude Puel’s players will be 100% ready for this game.
Leicester beat Cardiff in a hard fought 1-0 win last weekend and a win here would see the Foxes move inside the top 10. Home form is average with 2 wins, 2 losses and 1 draw so far.
Burnley gave a good fight at West Ham before going down 4-2 to the Hammers last weekend. It’s been a huge struggle this season for Sean Dyche’s men and they are 15th in the league and come into this game having lost their last 3 games in a row. Indeed they have not smelled the taste of victory since the end of September. Burnley have lost 4 of their six away games so far this season.
Team News:
Leicester: Harry Maguire is out with a knee injury, as is James Maddison who is also suffering from a knee problem
Burnley: Phillip Bardsley is due to be back after his minor knock. Jack Cork could be included in the squad after his ankle injury.
