Are Everton at crisis point? They come into this game having won 1 match in their last 8, statistically have not improved from last season under Sam Allardyce and club owner Farhad Moshiri has declared that this season has not been good enough at a recent AGM meeting.
The pressure is certainly starting to build on Everton boss Marco Silva - who has been applauded this season for some of his buys and the way he has set up the team to be more attacking, but at the end of the day the results are not coming. However, unlike Mourinho at Man Utd, the feeling is that the players haven't downed tools, they just seem to be lacking confidence and that's affected their ability to take their chances in front of goal.
The Toffee men have lost 4 from their last five games, with their last two defeats coming against Brighton and then Leicester at home. Even their FA Cup 3rd round win felt like heavy weather when they squeezed past Lincoln 2-1 at Goodison Park.
Marco Silva’s side have not won at home since the end of November, 4 games ago and they are due a win here. There will certainly be unrest the longer this game goes on at 0-0, and despite their poor form Everton should be favourites to win this game.
The club have fallen to 11th place and have now seen West Ham surpass them. Depending on matches around them Everton could well climb back into the top 10 with a win here.
Bournemouth have the same points as Everton and it is only goal difference that separates the two clubs. Eddie Howe’s team have no wins in their last 3 games but in two of those encounters they have had to face Tottenham and Manchester United. Their last league game ended 3-3 against Watford at home. The club have conceded 12 goals in those three games.
The Cherries still have not drawn a game away from home and have lost 70% of their matches on the road. This includes losing their last 5 in a row and so recent form away from home has been extremely poor.

Joshua King could be back after missing the clubs FA Cup match through illness and will be assessed.Callum Wilson will also be assessed after his hamstring injury and has a decent chance to make the squad
