Midweek European Previews & Predictions by Kully Bahia

Dortmund v Monaco (11th April 2017)
This has to be the tie of the Quarters and rightly so. I expect a similar game to the last 16 between Monaco and Manchester City. Dortmund's home advantage will be the key to the game, but they also have a few injuries. They have enough depth in squad to overcome the loss of players though, and upfront a striker in Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang who is capable of swinging the game in Dortmund’s favour. Monaco will look to score a vital away goal at Signal-Iduna-Park, with Falcao being the obvious choice of striker, with M'bappe playing off the last defender. Recent results of both teams suggest a high scoring game, and I don't think we'll be disappointed. Back BTTS+Over 3.5 goals at 5/4.
Score prediction: Dortmund to win 3-2 (Odds 15/1)

Juventus v Barcelona (11th April 2017)
Barcelona were dealt a tiny reminder of their defensive frailties away from home on Saturday, after losing 2-0 away to Malaga. Barca may not be as great as people would have you believe, as this team has the cracks of premature ageing creeping in, and new blood could well be needed to bring further success to the Catalan club. Most first team players are 30+ and the season is arduous and long. Defence is vulnerable and midfield is waning with age, and their away form has been suspect. Juventus must fancy themselves against an under performing Barcelona, especially at home. Juventus stadium isn't an easy place to get a result. A strong defence and midfield should be able to stop the tiki-taka of Barcelona. Back Juventus win at 33/20.
Score prediction: Juventus to win 3-1 (Odds 18/1)

Atletico Madrid v Leicester (12th April 2017)
Atletico Madrid are coming into this game on the back of a 1-1 draw away to arch rivals Real Madrid. Real dominated the game, but Atletico never gave up, managing to score a late equaliser, courtesy of star striker Antoine Griezmann. Atletico don't have such a strong defence as previous seasons, but are very much cup specialists. The Vicente Calderón stadium is an intimidating place to go, let alone get a result. Leicester will have to play the game of their season if they are to progress to the semi's. A lot will fall on them taking their chances, as Atletico will keep it tight at the back. The pace of Vardy and Mahrez will be key, in order to create chances. Both teams have injuries to contend with, but Leicester's are more serious. A game this big, brings out the best in the top players, and Griezmann will show the world why he's courted by the top clubs, expect the Frenchman to score. Back Griezmann to score 1st goal at 51/20.
Score prediction: Atletico Madrid win 3-0 (Odds 6/1)

Lyon v Besiktas (13th April 2017)
Lyon have a decent home record, winning 9 out of their last 11 games in all competitions, and scoring 40 goals in the process, and knocking Roma out in the last 16 of the Europa League is very impressive. Besiktas are unbeaten in their last 11 in all competitions, winning 8 of them. Top of the Turkish Superliga, and 8 points clear, they'll be looking for an away goal in this tie. The Europa League can be tricky to predict, a safer bet this time would be to back BTTS at 3/5.
Score prediction: 2-2 draw (Odds 13/1)
