Champions League Previews & Predictions by Kully Bahia

Leicester v Sevilla (14th March 2017)
The away goal scored in the 1st leg by Jamie Vardy, might just have tipped the 2nd leg in Leicester's favour. 2-1 down isn't as bad as it looks, many teams would take that having played the first leg at Estadio Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán. Since Ranieri's sacking, Leicester have won their next 2 games 3-1, with both Liverpool and Hull soundly beaten at the King Power Stadium stadium. Leicester still have issues in defence though, but are now showing the kind of form that won them the title last year. Leicester will fancy themselves to score at home, and it's a question of whether they will concede? Sevilla have won 2 and drawn 2 since beating Leicester, and have come off the boil of late with their last two being draws. Away from home Sevilla have lost 2 of their last 7 in all competitions, and have conceded 11 goals. However, they are still unbeaten in their last 8 games in all competitions, and have failed to score only once in their last 13 games in all competitions. Sevilla have enough quality to score, and should be able to find the back of the net despite their strength being their home form, with their away form being slightly suspect. Back BTTS at 8/15, and Vardy anytime goal Scorer at 21/10.
Score prediction: 1-1 draw (Odds 6-1)

Juventus v Porto (14th March 2017)
Juventus come into the 2nd leg tie with a 2-0 lead consisting of 2 away goals, which should make this fairly easy for them. The 1st leg was tight, but the red card to Porto midfielder Alex Nicolao Telles was the difference. Porto did put up a good fight, and Juventus left it late to secure the win. At home Juventus have won their last 9 games in all competitions, and will be very confident of finishing the job in hand. They are very strong at home, and haven't tasted defeat since August 2015. Paulo Dybala is playing out of his skin, and could score from a trademark free kick. Porto have a massive task ahead of them, and will need to score early, but Italian teams defend better than they attack, and therefore I can't see Porto getting a goal. As with Dortmund thrashing Benfica 4-0 last week, I don't think the Portuguese Premier league is as strong as the other European leagues, and therefore expect Juventus to dominate possession, and see out the win. Back Juventus to win to nil at 17/10, Juventus to win at 8/11, Juventus HT/FT at 17/10, and Paulo Dybala anytime goal scorer at 9/5.
Score prediction: Juventus to win 3-0 (Odds 11/1)

Monaco v Manchester City (15th March 2017)
The 1st leg of this Chamions League tie was everything I thought it might be and more. Predicting BTTS and goals in both halves, and even I couldn't believe the 5-3 result. Guardiola stated that City need to score twice, if they are going to progress to the Quarters. Settling on a 4-1-4-1 system has started to pay dividends for Pep, with the team becoming difficult to beat, going undefeated in their last 11 games in all competitions. Man City have failed to score in only 2 of those 11 games, and they've scored 27 goals in the process. Sane's link up play with Silva down the left is causing havoc to defences, and Sane's £50m price tag is now looking justified, and it's only a matter of time before he wins the Young Player of the Year award. Monaco have just as many good players as any team in the overrated Premier League, and since losing 5-3 to Man City, they've won 4 straight games, scoring 12, but only managing 1 clean sheet. Mbappe looks to be one of the most promising strikers in a long time, and he's only 18. The team is full of quality, and will be scouted by all the top clubs this summer. Defensively they are vulnerable but so are Man City, however Man City have kept 3 clean sheets of late, and that could be the difference between the two sides. Back over 3.5 goals at 51/50, both Aguero and Falcao to score at 5/2, and both teams to score in both halves at 6/1.
Score prediction: Monaco to win 3-2 (Odds 16/1)
