Bournemouth vs Wolves: Preview and Prediction

England Premier League
Saturday 23rd November 2019
Kick off at 3pm GMT
Venue: Vitality Stadium

Match Preview:

Eddie Howe’s name was very briefly linked to the Tottenham job, which could have caused unrest within the club. In reality though Tottenham owner Daniel Levy had long made up his mind who he wanted, and that is as far as that story goes.

Bournemouth will now concentrate on their next game against Wolves at the weekend and they are in 9th place a position they would have certainly taken at the beginning of the season. Form has been decent though the club did lose their last game away to Newcastle, which ended 2-1. At home they are unbeaten in their last 4 matches and a win at the weekend could see Howe’s team pierce into the top six.

Wolves look back to their best now after a shaky start and good form has seen the club move up to 8th place with 16 points, the same as their opponents. Their last game saw a 2-1 win over Aston Villa and they haven’t lost a match for 5 games. Even away from home they are unbeaten in their last 4 games although 3 of those have ended in draws.

Wolves last away game finished in an impressive 1-1 draw at Arsenal, and although getting a point at the Emirates was impressive, the most impressive aspect about that game was that Wolves had more than twice the number of attempts on goal that Arsenal had, which shows they are creating a lot of chances up front.

Team News:

Bournemouth: Joshua King is a doubt with a hamstring injury. Ryan Fraser will be assessed after suffering a knock

Wolves: Morgan Gibbs-White is fighting to be ready for this game after his back injury. Pedro Neto could be fine after a slight knock. Adama Traore will be assessed after suffering from a hamstring injury a week ago

Bournemouth vs Wolves Head to Head:

Last season this game ended 1-1.

The teams have only played 4 times in recently with Wolves managing just 1 win.

There is a 75% chance to see both teams to score.

Bournemouth vs Wolves Prediction:

We should see a good game of football here because both sides are now in decent positions and are not under threat, so hopefully they will both go forward. This is why we want to concentrate on the goals market for this game. There is a big chance already to see both sides to score historically and that will be our pick here. We also believe we could see a few goals in a game that could swing either way. We think Wolves can make their impact felt and like the form of Raul Jimenez and he could get on the score sheet again at the weekend so we will take him at his price.

Bournemouth vs Wolves Betting Tips:

Both teams to score at 1.72

Anytime goalscorer: Raul Jimenez at 2.50
