Atl Madrid vs Villarreal Betting Tip Preview:This encounter brings together the two team with the tightest defences in LaLiga this season. Villarreal have conceded 27 goals in 33 league games and Atl Madrid have conceded even fewer with 24 goals conceded in 33 games, therefore surely this game will be low on goals tonight. Away from home Villarreal have been particularly cagey, making defence their first priority, where they have conceded only 10 goals in 16 away games, and have tried to beat teams on the counter. This has been a fairly successful tactic for them, especially in recent weeks where they have been picking up quite a few 1-0 wins, where as a lot of early season away games ended in draws. Atl Madrid on the other hand have had a bit of a reputation as 1-0 specialists for quite a while now, they are always defensively strong and usually 1 goal is enough for all 3 points. In terms of this match-up historically, of the last 8 times these two teams have met, on only one occasion has 2 or more goals been scored by a team, and that was Villarreal at home this season. In summary, this should be a defensive game, where it's unlikely more than 2 goals will be scored, so with 3 goals giving a 'void' outcome in this selection, there should be a good level of safety.
Chelsea vs Southampton Betting Tip Preview:Chelsea's form has come into question a little lately, with recent losses to Crystal Palace and Manchester Utd, however in my personal opinion it was only the game against Man Utd where they looked to offer very little attacking threat. Chelsea showed at the weekend in the FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham that they still have clinical finishing ability in front of goal, with a 4-2 win despite tottenham having much of the ball. The main negative for Chelsea tonight though, is related to that FA Cup Semi win, because it has given them 7 days less rest than tonight opponents Southampton, who last played on the 15th April. Southampton's form has been a little up and down recently, which has been the story of their season actually, so it's tricky to predict how they will perform. However, what we do know is that Chelsea have beaten them the last two times they have met, which included a 2-0 win at St. Mary's Stadium earlier this season. So with this game being played at Stamford Bridge where Chelsea have 13 wins from 15 league matches this season, another home win should be a likely bet.
